✈ All packages are sent via international registered airmail UKRPOST from Ukraine.
✈ Tracking number, delivery confirmation and insurance are included.
✈ Signature is required upon delivery.
PRIORITY shipping:
✈ If you need your package faster or have an important deadline you can upgrade your shipping method - just convo me.
✈ The cost of express shipping varies by country!

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
✉ If your package was returned to us as unclaimed, we'll contact you for more information regarding re-delivery or cancellation of the order.
✉ In case of cancellation we'll refund (excluding non-refundable fees 15%(our taxes + PAYPAL fees), for buyers from California (USA) - 23%( our taxes + PAYPAL fees)
✉ Resending will cost $10.
LOST packages:
■ Package is considered lost if it was not delivered within 40 days from the date of sending and tracking doesn't work.
■ We'll report a lost package from our side.
■ All parcels are insured. So if the package is not found, the declared value of the package will be returned to us and we'll refund the FULL amount of the payment to you.
REFUND and conditions of RETURN:
✦ If you receive an item you did not order or if it is damaged or defective, we'll refund the FULL amount of the payment or replace it. Refund will be provided after receiving the item.
✦ Since orders are shipped in a steel box, damage during shipping is unlikely. In the event of shipping damage, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt, and include photos.
✦ Item must be returned within 14 DAYS of receiving.
✦ If you are not satisfied with your purchase - in this case, all items must be return in original condition without any physical changes and with all of its components. You'll get the money back (excluding shipping costs and non-refundable fees 15%(our taxes + PAYPAL fees), for buyers from California (USA) - excluding shipping costs and non-refundable fees 23%( our taxes + PAYPAL fees) after the package is returned to the seller. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

You'll get the money back after the package is returned to the seller.
